Baby boom!

So lately I have been doing more and more maternity shoots. It has been lovely to hear of every of ones different experiences and to hear what bits and bobs people have been buying and recommending. Touch wood would I have not had to experience sickness or heart burn. I haven't really had any problems and often forget I'm actually with child. Oh actually I lie I have been feeling very itchy around my sides even though I have been smothering myself in bio oil but other then that its been all good. Oh and I did have a freak out, feeling crazy, hormonal moment last week but nothing medical. Pregnancy has been good I cant really complain, so sods law ill have a hell of a labour or a devil child. I hope not!

Here are a few pics from different maternity studio photo shoots:

Emma 8 months

Sam 6 months

The most frequent question I get asked about maternity shoots is "When is the best time to come in and have photos taken?" I have done shoots 2 days, 2 weeks and 2 months before due dates. The later you leave it obviously the bigger the bump but you just run the risk of baby coming early. Also towards the end some woman feel horrible in themselves so prefer to come in when they are feeling at their best, this is common around 7-8 months. Now in the same situation I think I will have some photos done at 8 months but as I'm lucky enough to have a best friend who is a photographer I think I will sneak a few in with my head chopped off (as will probably be feeling like crap) right towards the end just to have a photo at my biggest. Will post my pictures on here once iv had them done! :D
